Getting Started
How do I import PDF documents?
Drag and drop PDF files onto the Banana window, or use ⌘ O to open the file picker. You can also double-click PDF files in Finder if Banana is set as your default PDF viewer.
How do I create a workspace?
Click the "+" button in the sidebar or use ⌘ ⌥ N. Give your workspace a name and choose a color. You can then drag documents into the workspace to organize them.

Open a document, then press ⌘ ⇧ T or select View > Toggle Split View. You can then open a second document in the right panel for side-by-side comparison.
Keyboard Shortcuts

Troubleshooting
A PDF won't open
Make sure the file is a valid PDF document. Some PDFs with DRM protection or unusual encryption may not be supported. Try opening the file in Preview to verify it's readable.
The app is running slowly
Very large PDFs (hundreds of pages or many images) may take longer to load. Try closing other documents or workspaces to free up memory.
Keyboard shortcuts aren't working
Make sure Banana is the active application and a document is open. Some shortcuts only work when viewing a document. You can also reset all shortcuts to defaults in Settings > Shortcuts.
